Julia Bauer is an entrepreneur advancing sustainability by scaling impact solutions through strategic partnerships.
In 2023, she founded Mahalo Collaboration, a powerhouse driving initiatives that unite businesses, investors, research institutions, and prominent figures.
From 2019 to 2022, she served as Head of Sustainability for Formula 1 World Champion Nico Rosberg, spearheading projects including the launch of the GREENTECH FESTIVAL and positioning him as a leading sustainability entrepreneur.
Julia brings multi-year corporate management experience, holds a Master’s in International Business from Munich Business School, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Programme at Oxford University. She is also a sought-after speaker and mentor in sustainability and entrepreneurship.
