AIM Horizon Investments
Rajbir Talwar is the Chief Investment Officer of AIM Horizon Investments (formerly FPG AIM Capital), a Singapore-based fund manager focused on the maritime and aviation sectors. He has 19 years of maritime finance experience across Asia and the Americas, including leadership positions at ABN AMRO. Rajbir has also worked at BNP Paribas and Accenture. He is an alumnus of the University of Hong Kong and London Business School.
AIM Horizon Investments is the fund manager in a group that has arranged over USD23bn of maritime and aviation deals since 2012. In November 2025 AIM Horizon Investments closed a blended finance fund for shipping decabonisation, known as the Fund for Energy Efficiency Technologies (FEET). FEET provides shipowners with leasing solutions for energy-efficiency technologies that can reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions by up to 20%. It is the first fund of its kind to combine blended finance with a pay-as-you-save structure, enabling the deployment of high-capex retrofits like Wind-Assisted Propulsion systems and Air Lubrication systems.
