Sébastien Guillaud is the co-founder and General Managing Partner of Shift4Good, a €220 million impact venture capital fund focused on the decarbonization of the transportation sector. Previously, he co-founded Hera Capital, where he invested in companies like Gojek and Alodokter across Southeast Asia for over a decade. As former CEO of fintech start-up Welcome Real-time, Sébastien grew the company from $1 million to $20 million in annual revenue before selling it to a major European private equity firm in 2007. He is now dedicated to driving innovation in sustainable mobility globally.
