Thomas oversees the global innovation strategy of the Lancaster brand, both for Skincare & Suncare. Working in close partnership with the Lancaster laboratories based in Monaco, he defnes the pipeline of new products that will be sold around the world, from Monaco all the way to China. He sees business as a force for good, and fnds purpose in developing planet-friendly, innovative solutions that enhance people’s lives and well-being whilst continuously raising the bar in terms of sustainability. When it comes to sustainability, Thomas frmly believes that businesses have a responsibility to strive to perpetually elevate their sustainability ambitions, leveraging innovation to drive real progress. He is really proud to work for Coty, a company that is pushing the entire cosmetics industry to put sustainability at the heart of their strategies.
