Tom Birbeck is the founder & CEO of ARC Marine with a background in commercial diving, aquaculture and sustainable fshing. Tom is also a keen sailor, having raced competitively both nationally and internationally.ARC Marine is an innovative eco engineering company whose mission is to accelerate reef creation on an unprecedented scale. Tom has successfully led the company through a seed round of investment of $2.5m and the R&D phase of Reef Cubes®, while establishing ARC Marine in the “climate tech” sector in which it gains momentum. ARC is preparing for Series A investment with an ideal investor consortium of marine conservationists and strategic partners in marine construction with a broad demographic to help realise their global plans.ARC Marine’s vision is to pioneer the opportunity to convert every ofshore construction & coastal project into a thriving marine ecosystem.
